I fell off a ladder at work and broke both of my heels. I had surgery in June and ended up with 10 screws and a plate in each foot.

The recovery period varies for everyone because everyone is different. Usually is it at least 2 weeks before the doctor will move you into a walking boot (might be longer...especially since you broke both heels). Once in a walking boot, you can expect to be in that for at least 6 weeks. It will take somewhere from 6 to 12 months for total recuperation. Keep in mind that the recovery process is different for everyone so this information is just "ballpark".

i does not propose which you will positioned on severe heels befote completly healed. in basic terms be sure that your ankle is supported sturdy via your shoes, no longer heels. attempt donning an ace bandage around the ankle and notice if that facilitates.
