'Aerobics' is far, far too broad a term to use in this question. There are dozens, if not hundreds of different 'aerobics' workouts and it could depend on your gym, your coach, location, etc.
How quickly you lose weight depends on how hard you work. As long as you find a good gym, good trainer and a friend to go with you, I'm sure anything you pick is fine.
The best gauge is probably to wear a heart rate monitor and ensure you are staying within the aerobic fat-burning zone.
Oh, since you are asking specifically about boxercising, that makes me think you have an interest in boxing. If you pick a form of exercise that interests you, you are far more likely to continue exercising months down the line or when you are too busy. I've never tried boxercising myself, but it sounds more fun than a typical aerobics class. Punching things is a great way to burn stress too.
Judging from the boxercise.co.uk website, it seems like boxercise is more than just an aerobic workout. If that is what you are looking for, it sounds like a great choice.

Either of these would be great to lose weight. How much depends on the intensity and duration. Diet with exercise is much more affective than either alone. Your body gets into "fat burning mode" after about 20 minutes of exercise. So work out for 40 minutes at moderate intensity to get optimum fat burning.
