You need to go to your local salon and get a hair repair treatment and maybe a relaxor. They will know what to do when they look at it. Also, try Biosilk. It works wonders. You'll be very pleasantly suprised. Avoid blow drying your hair. Damages it more than it already is. I can understand that you want straight hair, but if it is naturally curly, have you considered letting it be curly for a while to help it get back it's natural oils? I have naturally frizzy curly hair as well, and although I like my hair straight as well, it takes forever to repair it back. How many times a day are you washing it? Washing it more than once a day strips the natural oils out as well. I have a lot of tips for ya, but I need more info on what exactly you want and details on what you have been typically doing to it to give you a better "diagnosis" for your hair. IM or e-mail me at Autumn_Anne@yahoo.com and I'll be more than happy to help. My IM on messenger is Autumn_Anne . Good luck hun!

Option 1: Try products w/ silicone in them. Silicone acts as a "ridge filler" and helps the cuticle on the hair lay down. This will reflect light and make it appear less frizzy.
Option 2: Try a ceramic flat iron. I use one by Rusk. Make sure you use a smoothing product w/ silicone 1st to help it lay down. Also try Sleek line by Matrix. Also, another great product is Moisture Block by Sabino. Your stylist can help you get these.
Option 1: Get it professionally straightened. You will still have to smooth it w/ a flat iron, but it will stay smoother in humid weather and will straighten easie.
Talk to your stylist, if they can't help you find the right products and services, ask around the salon, I'm sure you aren't the only one w/ this unruly 'do! I have it too!!!
Good Luck...

Sometimes it's easier not to fight what you were born with.
I have wavy/curly hair. After I shower, I squeeze out the excess water from my hair and then wrap my head in a towel for a couple minutes to soak up more excess moisture. Then I apply a small amount a serum and work it through my hair. Then I apply mousse and finish with a light hairspray and air dry.

I went to school for hair and it sounds like if you have tried everything and nothing is working thn you need to schedule an appt at a slon/spa to get a Hair Repair Treatment. They will have you come in one day to see your hair and discuss some options and make an appointmeny. It sounds like your hair is fried some way or how. Best of Luck.

I have the same problem. Whatever you do don't get wet2straight flat iron. I have one and my hair is the same as yours. I haven't tried chi flat iron. But I suggest if you wan't something good you have to pay alot. Because some people try to get some cheap stuff but keep buying and buying but if you can just research whatever you want to buy to see if its good for your hair. If you keep buying and buying cheap things it will add up to the maybe 100 $ flat iron maybe even more. So maybe just don't buy anything for now and save up some money then start to buy something that you think is worth every penny.

My hair is extremely short. I placed on it in a cropped pixie. i love it. I purely couldn't be afflicted with lengthy hair anymore. I even ought to bathe it daily if i like it to seem good. I purely towel dry it and flow because if i take advantage of the blow dryer then it makes it seem humorous. you could also type it with a pomade or hair wax.

One word. MAXIGLIDE!
I love that thing and the best part is it ACTUALLY works! I have frizzy curly hair AND dry on top of that, my hair always comes out beautifully straight and shiny.

If you haven't you should probably try the flat irons that use steam and add some setting lotion to the container that helps to make your hair straighter and keep it straight much longer than other techniques.
