Do they have some place available for throwing us to the lions anymore?!!! I thought that unless you were in Africa or somewhere that lions are an indigenous(that's a big word for "native to") species it would be a difficult undertaking. Your first problem is getting us to hold still long enough to throw us to the lions, your second problem is in the USA the only place you might find lions grouped together is a zoo. Now you might get one or two of us over the fence before the zoo "police" haul you off but I kind of doubt it. And lastly the lions in the zoo are like all captive animals, they are on a diet prescribed by some veterinarian/nutritionist to ensure optimal health for their survival in captivity. I doubt if Christians are on the menu.
I can tell you why Christians don't through Liberal Atheists to the lions though, lions won't eat rotted meat!!!

Actually it would not be cheaper. Lions would need decent sized and healthy people...we need so many different nutrients! Just feeding the people would cost more than growning grass and hay for herbivores that the lions would naturally eat in the wild.
And even the thought of feeding people to lions is just sick. eww

The Pharisees tried to get rid of Christianity by demanding the crucifixion of Jesus and persecuting His followers. What happened? Christianity went from strength to strength.
The Romans, who hated the Christians just like you, tried to get rid of Christianity by throwing the Christians to the lions. What happened? Within 3 centuries the whole Roman Empire was following the same Jesus Christ as the Christians.
You have obviously learnt nothing from the history of the persecution of Christians.
It seems, like the Romans, you also do not know that a Christian who is unjustly persecuted or killed for their belief in Jesus Christ is a martyr for the faith. So if you throw Christians to the lions you will send them directly to Heaven.
So on behalf of Christians, and the future triumph of the true faith of Jesus Christ , I say "BRING IT ON"

Who are "we"? It was the Romans who fed Christians to the lions. We Christians are a tough lot, perhaps we gave the lions indigestion! So RR is a Roman!

First of all you need a reality check, is Christianity bothering you, I think it is. God is asking you to follow Him and you're scared.The Bible is the only Truth. Once you have a personal relationship with God, nobody or nothing can challenge your faith. Believe me, I know my God is real and I can help you if you need to know more, or put you in touch with the appropriate people, You just have to ask.
I can only advise you to sincerely ask Jesus Christ into your life and everything you want to know about God will eventually be revealed to you as you grow in the Christian Faith. You see you can go to the graves of all your false prophets and Buddha, Miohammed etc. and dig up their remains, but go to Christ's tomb and it's empty, why? because He Rose from the dead.
Openmindly read the Gospels and preferably some of Pauls letters especially the letter to the Ephesians. Once you have experienced this tremendous understanding of God's Will for you, Satan will appear as an angel of light to confuse you, thinking that he will destroy your relationship with God, don't be taken in by this.
Turning your life over to Christ will take courage, as an ex-soldier, I can truly identify with this. let's put it this way, if there was no God, I wouldn't be here today answering your Question, I wouldn't be alive, and that's the truth. Please, learn to identify the difference between satans manipulation, and the Truth in God. I could give you many scriptual references to your question, but the real step is finding Christ and asking him into your life. There will be no doubt about it, if you're sincere, the Holy Spirit will reveal everything to you. He loves you and wants to save you from hell and an eternity without God.
If it's guidance you need then contact you're nearest true Christian Church, myself, or Christians who will explain anything you need to know. Remember we (True Born-Again-Christians) love everyone. No matter how many ridiculus questions people throw at them

I cant judge you.But when you smell burning flesh,remember i told you so.And did you know that Christianity is the only religion that it does not cost you anything to wash away your sins.And that you don't live with any rules or regulations cos Jesus died on the cross for your sins and every human being are born with original sin.The only way that you will ever get eternal life is through God.He gives you the choice.
