One avocado or half a melon with a cup of greentea for breakfast. Carrots or half a cucumber when i feel like eating a snack. An aple, pear or banana with a glass of milk for lunch. Tons of veggies with some salmon or chicken for dinner. And water between meals so i won't get hungry that fast again. I eat every meal, every two hours, so i won't starve myself. I don't eat after 7pm, if i get hungry I just drink a glass of water, then the hunger will stop. I also exercise. Four hours of regular exercise a week. Two hours of tennis a week. And swimming seven hours a week.

This is NOT a healthful diet!! I am little concernec actually...................are you really trying to lose weight? It is good that you keep your metabolism revved by eating frequently throughout the day, but your meals are so small that I am sure your body is storing calories for normal functioning not burning them!

I would make over your diet like this:

Breakfast:

Green Tea
1/2 cup oatmeal with raisins, 1/3 cup skim milk, and cinnamon
1/2 a melon

Snack:

Cucumber with hummus (2 tbsp)

Lunch

Lean turkey on whole wheat with tomato, spinach, and mustard.
One apple or banana
8 oz fat free yogurt

Snack

Baby carrots with 1 tbsp peanut butter

Dinner:

Veggies with salmon or chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice or couscous

Exercise and load up on H20 as usual!!

well are you in good shape? if you are then it is a good diet. You can have other snacks , you don't need to only eat fruits and veggies . I think as long as you work out regularly and drink plenty of water you can have a banana split every now and then :P

wow! you are the most motivated person i have met when it comes to health. I think you are doing great. The only thing i could say is to get some sweets in(chocolate) small amount once in while. it won't hurt you. or better yet, add some bread
@ dinner...but you probablly look great, so keep it up. don't let others discourage you!

no its not it sounds more like a fast track to anorexia than a diet....
with all of the activities your are involved in you need to take in more calories than that...
