i own a 1990 ford bronco.i would really appreciate it if someone can give me specifieds directions on how to change it.the engine has to be lifted i know that.or direct me to a website i can checkout that explains all that.

Scrap it and get a fuel efficient vehicle.

Take the motor mounts loose from the block. Put a jack under something solid on the engine and jack it up. It won't be easy, but you should be able to maneuver the oil pan out. You will probably have to pull the starter and possibly exhaust manifolds.

Watch for the oil pump pick-up tube!! You may have to reach in and disconnect the pick-up before sliding the pan out!!
