Be like their buddies and don;t nag too much. I am not being rude or sarcastic here, but writing from my experience. Put ur arm around ur man's shoulder sometime (let's say while watching T.V. etc.) and chat like his best buddy. If you have ask something, don't start as if the answer is going to devastate you. An unpleasant (read: not as per ur expectations) answer shouldn't bring down the house in seconds.
It's not that men like to lie.....rather they just don't wanna waste time over things which are gone by and wud never wanna screw up the fun of present.
Try being a buddy and you can change whatever you want, coz we'd do anything for our mate. If the problem persists and lies are to cover up serious stuff like cheating, unfaithfullness etc. then its time to move on.

Well this is simple. Men are good liers because most women tolerate it. I dont know how many times i switched on the tv to see Maurey and some chick is taking back some lieing cheating dog of a man.
There are good men out there. Decent, sweet, average guys that get overlooked in the day to day shuffle.
My advice don't tolerate it.
This is the more easy part. What we can do...Be honest ourselves. Make sure the man knows that you will listen when its his turn to talk. None of us are perfect but men need ta be heard just as much as women do. They just react about it in different ways.
So be honest. It'll set a precident for him ta be the same.

Men have been conditioned and encouraged to lie all their lives in order to get/keep what they want. If it works they keep doing it and will do what works to keep getting the desired result(s).
Women are taught to be "nice girls" Sugar and spice so to speak. Lying is a bad thing and the truth shall set you free and all that. Generally if a woman lies it is to spare someone's feelings. No where is the "spare the feelings" lie more prevalent than in sexual situations with men. Very few women lie to get what they want, our conscience won't let us.
No one can "get" men to be honest. They have to want to be and why should they when being honest means not getting what they want. It's a lost cause protect yourself and hire a private investigator. BTW all the men saying women lie more than men are woman hating uggos too ugly or wimpy to attract a woman.

I think both sexes are equally good at lying...its human nature to cover a lie with another one...especially when the person in question thinks they are about to be caught....If you are in a relationship and have caught your partner lying about serious issues...then i would definately leave them...u cant have a relationship without trust...and if they're lying...what else are they trying to hide??

Guy's have this fear that if we tell women the truth they will yell at ous so its more that we dont want to be killed by the oppsite sex. Thats why we lie all the time. And as fair as if we cheat and we lie its more to cover our own asses

They "try" to be good liars to get what they want. I guess they think women can't handle the truth. Presume they are lying...and that's about it as far as getting them to be truthful.

I have problems lieing, even to people I dislike. I mean I have to try to lie, it doesn't come to me naturally. I hesitate everytime I'm about to lie. So you see not all men are good at lieing.
