Well if you have no feelings for him tell him you were drunk and last night really did not mean anything. But if you have feelings for him take it to the next level.

It's never a good idea to hunt where you make your bread, but the deed is already done, so what to do?
If either one of you are married - drop it totally.
If it was lust, think of the worst case scenario in terms of your jobs. If that's acceptable to you both, then carry on.
If it's possibly a relationship, you might want to find out what your company's policy is, if any, about a couple working for them. Some companies do not allow it, or at the very least do not allow you both to work in the same area.
Whatever you decide, think about it well before you act.

Now you need to have a private conversation about "the deed." Forget all the love talk. Obviously alcohol was the motivation.
If your company has taboos against dating employees, I'd say call it quits if you want a job. We all know how gossip goes.
I'd be nonchalant about it but honestly discuss the incident with him and size up his reaction.
It could've been just the booze and you're done. If it's more, you'll know but I find it better not to be involved with someone you work with. The entanglements are way too much!

Hey good for you, how does it feel, i would love to have a co-worker like you !!! anyways just take it as nothing happened and carry onn with ur work, if he insist on discussing at work place simply refuse and wait till after work hours , if he says he loves you and wants more he is a liar, if he talks to you about different topic rather then the wine thing he for sure is to look forward too. Good Luck

Well if it was good and you want more say so. If not sure then say you had to much to drink and just lost some control. You can avoid and hide but it will be eating at you both, or you can just talk, the sooner the better.

Forget it. Act like nothing happened. It's a bad idea to get involved with a co-worker. Everyone will know it so just blow it off and don't talk about it if you want to keep peace in the workplace and keep your jobs. AND don't do it again!

If it's a "real" job, I was told never to dip your pen in company ink. If it's just a job (like you're still in school, or you work at one of the 12,000 restaurants in whatever town you live in) then the above is only a suggestion.

You just go with it. Turn it into a joke
"yaya, you know me, little "suzy" gets drunk and makes out with her co-workers"
