She is a MinPin. What did you expect? If you had done some research you would have learned they are a hyper breed.

Min Pins are very hyper and very anxious little dogs.
They do not usually grow out of it.
It is common for hte breed to be excitable and yappy and nippers or biters. They can be a very aggressive little dog. Many are spoiled and that makes it evven worse.
Get to work now with obedience training and it may help some. If you learn how to control the dog and how to direct it's attention you will have better luck and getting it to calm down when it is excited.

Your probably going to look at a life time of hyper actions from this dog most min pins are spaz anyway it may get a little calmer as it gets older but not by much if at all

I've only seen a couple of those dogs...it doesn't seem to get better with age.
