Probably fish and poultry, as in turkey and chicken.
I would take it as a lower fat type of thing. So that means you can't have chicken legs because that's the darker part which is more oily and fatty. Stick to the breast. With fish, avoid the oily fish like catfish and shark, etc... Stay with the leaner like salmon, tuna, halibut.

It's not really a huge list. Basically pork, fish, and poultry.
(Except duck and salmon. Those are red meats.)

Why didn't you ask your doctor?
Chicken, turkey, pork..um that's all I can think of. Fish and seafood (lobster, scallops, ect..) but i don't know if they classify under meat.
You really need to ask your dr!
