i am asking, like if i fill out the application.. hw much will it take them to see it or call me for an appointment..? and how many years i have to stay in USA??? i came by lottery..

check the premanent residence card was issued...from that day..you have to be wait 5 years.....you can apply 3 months before your 5 years here....of course with a clean record.

you have to be living in the US legally (from the day your premanent residence card was issued) for 5 years. and you must have a clean record i.e. no criminal record.
