I have been working out for 2 and a half months consistently. Latetly, I have noticed that I stop getting sore after my biceps/triceps workout. I do three different exercises for each muscle, three sets each, fifteen reps. Why is it becoming so hard to train these muscles? I don't have this problem with any other body part.

Also, I break up my workout so I'm at the gym five days. Chest, shoulders, back, arms, legs are all done individually. Is this okay? Should I start combing body parts or should I leave my routine the way it is?

Lastly, should I decrease the number of reps for each set? I currently perform fifteen reps for each exercise.

At what point should I start to see significant differences in the way my body looks?

Are you doing the exact same exercises you did when you stared? To avoid the slow down or "slump", you should change your routines every 4 weeks.

Your rep scheme definitely hints as to why you're not seeing results and not getting sore.If you started to see results or did get sore then maybe you would be more inspired.Delayed onset muscle soreness is a product of microtrauma. The primary degree of microtrauma occurs during the negative phase of the movement. This increased microtrauma will aid in the growth of the muscles after they're repaired. You must get enough protein or the entire growing and repair process is arrested.Concentrate on the lowering or negative (eccentric) portion of the rep doing it very slowly then reversing the direction quickly to complete the next rep.Muscle soreness is not caused by lactic acid(you'll hear that one alot). The lactic acid is responsible for the burn during the set and is removed once proper circulation is restored. It takes a while even if you do everything properly.Do your reps after your heavy sets.
