I have a little pouch of fat in the lower area of my belly and I can't wear nice tops becasue it sticks out. It was bigger but it went down during the summer and since the begining of august I haven't benn able to loose any more. Any tips?
I can't spend any money, I want this to be fast easy and free.

Easy is never the appropriate word when it goes for a flat belly. Exercise a lot and eat less. Do a lot of abs and do it for two hours a day, and then don't eat all that food you want to

8 glasses of water per day, 100 crunches in the morning and 100 crunches at night. No sugar and low sodium diet. Good luck

Yes, it is free. take both your hands attached to lower belly part, take out breath complete, seat in a 180 degree joining from middle, bent upward, down and down, you will find change in your belly size. or alternatively, contact any Yog Teacher or disiciple near by your area, he will teach u freelly. I know you said you cant spend any money, but pick up the latest issue of Seventeen. It has a great workout just for abs and even if youre older than that age, its worth it just for the health secton.

do regular sit ups atleast 200 times a day and do brisk walking,swimming or other exercises for an hour everyday and try aerobics if u know the exercises. i'm sure these 'll help greatly.

Drink a lot of water
Do not drink any soda
eat fruit and vegetables
increase your fiber
do aerobic exersise
do sit-ups and crunches
do pilates
do yoga (

My old high school friend tried duct tape once...notice I said, ONCE.
Seriously, though, you could try doing sit ups. Don't know how much that will buy you by Sept. but it does work. Just ask any mom who's regained their slim figure after childbirth.!
