Preheat your oven to high 400-425. put frozen roast in for 15-25min. Searing this way on the outside will seal in juices. Reduce the heat to 300 and cook abt.. 2 more hours. Works for me!
I try to cook all my roasts frozen because I prefer my meat to be rare. you may wish to cook yours longer.

To make a tender roast put it into your oven frozen, yes frozen.
Place it into your cooking container garnish it with vegi's, seasonings or what ever you like, pour in a can of Beef Stock (can use Chicken Stock too) and 1-2 cups of water (if the pot will hold it). Put in the oven on low (I put it on at 250 degrees F).

I normally put my roast in oven at 3:00 pm and cook it until supper time at 7:00 pm.

When you cook it frozen at a low temp for at least 4 hours, the roast will be the tenderest. You can cut it with a fork!!!

Not a good plan to bake it frozen, the meat will be tougher than if you thaw it first. I don't know why.
To thaw quickly w/o a microwave, which will also toughen the roast, put it in a ziploc and remove most of the air. Run a sink full of hot water and pop it in there. In half an hour, change the water, continue until roast is thawed.
Now, to cook. First, get out a skillet that will hold the roast. Put in a tablespoon or two of oil and turn it on high. Sear the roast until browned on all sides. This is called braising.
You can make pot roast, which is easy, because you do all the work at the beginning, and when it's done, you just eat it.
In either a crock pot on hi, or, if you only have four hours or so, in a large pot that is oven save andhas a tight-fitting lid, put 1 c of beef broth or water. Add a chopped onion and a minced garlic clove or two and a bay leaf. Put in the roast. Cover and bake at 350 until meat is tender and falls apart. After the roast has been cooking for about two hours, peel some potatoes, and cut them into large pieces (I usually quarter them), peel some carrots and cut them into four or five pieces each and just plop them anywhere around the roast. You can add celery, too. Add a few chunks of apple, and some rosemary. Return to ovenand bake until done! Voila! You look like the kitchen queen!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU51Y

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Put it in a crock pot or slow cooker. Put some beef broth in there with some carrots, potatoes and onions. Use plenty of seasoned salt, black pepper, and garlic in there too. Let it cook all day until dinner time. It should turn out wonderful.
