Losing fat is not an easy task, but gaining fat is very easy. You need to keep a check on the diet and do workouts for your abs to lose tummy fat. You also need to do aerobic exercises like swimming, jogging etc.
Here are some points to keep in mind to lose belly fat:
· Consume less sugar, processed foods and sodium.
· Eat fiber rich foods like green leafy vegetables.
· The diet should contain protein, carbohydrates and little fat.
· Drink plenty of water and fruit juices.
· Eat in small quantities for five to six times a day.
· Do at least 30-60 minutes cardiovascular exercises at least 4 times a week.
· Do strength training and ab exercises at least 3 times a week.
Exercise: Jogging is the best exercise to start with. You need to jog for at least 20 minutes before you start doing the tummy exercises. Tummy crunch or sit ups is the best exercise for your stomach. Do the tummy crunch in different variations. The more the repetitions, the more strength for your tummy muscles. Swimming is also a good exercise for the whole body. Some yoga poses also help in strengthening the upper and lower part of the tummy and also increase the flexibility of the stomach muscles.
Sleep: Sleep is a necessity for rest, relaxation and recuperation. You need to get a good sleep, to recharge your muscles after a workout. On an average an adult needs around 8 hours of sleep. If you rest for fewer hours, the risk of becoming overweight increases.
Tummy fat is not good for the body as it increases the chances of many diseases like diabetes, heart attack etc. A whole body workout is required to lose weight from your tummy, spot reduction is a myth, you cannot lose fat by doing stomach crunches or ab workouts only. A complete workout, which includes cardiovascular exercises, helps improve metabolism and you will be able to lose tummy fat quickly.
Try to lose weight naturally by doing hard work and controlling your diet.

Join a gym or health club and do 30 minutes of cardio (stationary bike is my fav) 3-5 times a week.
Also, do situps and ab crunches the proper way (ask a health club trainer for tips) in order to flatten your tummy.
Ah, yes, you do need to let go of certain carbs. Forget about bread, sweets, cookies and pastries. Avoid pasta, but you can have a dish of noodles once in a big while (every 3 months, for example).

There is no short cut to looking good !
Did u think of this when u ate all those junk...!
do 30 mins cardio in any form u wish like climbing stairs, outdoor tennis , walking ..do a variety so that u don't get bored easily.
do cardio 6 times a week .
So try doing crunches, sit ups and lunges . cut down on sugar and sugar added foods, oily foods and anything white in the night like rice, white bread or pasta. instead in the night try whole grain or multi grain bread or wheat bread and salads .
Avoid fruit juices becoz they are too heavy in calories. instead eat fresh fruits.
All the best !

There is no way to spot reduce. If you are at a good weight for your build, than try abdominal exercises to try to tighten up your mid section. There is no easy solutions.

Well, my advice is if your body weight is not over or under weight, you should try doing crunches-they work best for tightening the stomach.
