eating to much fatty food ,not doing exercise ,thyroid ,to much booze ,eating to late

What makes a person fat is when they either over consume (eating more calories than they burn) or severely under consume that their body goes into survival mode and stores all energy that comes in. That is why people who go on severely limiting diets tend to not to loss weight and a lot of the time actually gain weight.

EATING FATTENING FOODS OR OVER EATING AT MEALTIME COMBINED WITH LACK OF EXERCISE....IF YOU EAT REGULAR HELPINGS AND THEN SIT STILL ALL DAY EVERYDAY...YOU WILL GET OUT OF SHAPE...FAT...BURN WHAT YOU EAT AND STAY ACTIVE AND IT WILL GO AND MAINTAIN ITSELF
