No, you would want a high protein / high fat (healthy) fat diet. Healthy fats are Omega3 and Omega6, which you would get from Avocadoes, fish, and nuts. You also need to make sure that you're getting all your veggies. The fiber in there doesn't "count" towards your carb total. If you're low carb / low fat, your body will stop working properly. Also, it will take a couple weeks before your body adjusts to using protein and fat as energy sources, as opposed to carbs, so until then you'll feel like crap. Once a week you would want a cheat meal (or day), where you just go nuts.

a regular normal diet should contain the fat. protein and carbohydrate in the ratio of 1:1:4.15 respectively.
