Well me and my sister are goign to do the SELF your goal thing and we need dumbells to do the exercises any idea where i can get soem for a decent price and are good for two 13 year olds????

Check the local goodwill or a used sporting goods store like Play It Again Sports. The gear may be used, but they are dumbells, they don't need to be perfectly new, do they?

One dumbell is a good as another, so if
you're wanting an inexpensive set, just get
them at Walmart. You'll do fine.

Wal Mart and Sears both sell light weight dumbbells for a good price. I would recommend getting the ones that you can add weight to as you develop.

any sporting goods store will carry a range of dumbbells.
Target also carries a line that is geared toward females (I was annoyed by this, but it would probably work well for you!)
