To make it as short as possible, I have been doing research on Plasma and LCD over the year. Here, I wish to remind u that never trust what a saleman recommend as they usually recommends those Tvs with high comission for them to u. And NEVER trust the claimed Brightness, Contrast Ratio and Black levels from the brands. From the tests in "What Video", almost all brands boast their specification to attract consumers. In a lab test of Samsung Plasma against Panasonic plasma, a Samsung plasma of 10,000:1 contrast ratio loses out to A Panasonic Plasma of 3000:1 contrast ratio. It's an undeniable fact that nearly every brands boast about their specification[except for the resolution and HD ready as this 2 aspect can be easily spotted even without special equipment]. Seriously, look for the brand other than specification!

If u are those who demand extremely high performance from your Tv, ONLY buy plasma tv from either Panasonic or Pioneer. Their plasma tv are always ranked top in the plasm league. If u decided to have a LCD tv, ONLY buy them from either Sony or Panasonic. Their LCDs are always in the top league of the LCD war. Toshiba and Samsung newest model of LCDs are great as well. Remember to buy one that supports 1080p if are a movie fan who wants to have a HD-DVD/Blu-Ray player. Good Luck on choosing your Tv! =)

All television's comprise a production unit putting and there is not any set rule or spot to set the television to. you ought to change the settings till you come across a photo that appeals on your eyes. All lcd tvs seem grainy once you get too close. once you come the television, ask the revenues individual the thanks to set the subsequent one up. maximum places will opt to cost you for a set up in abode. lcd tvs artwork more effective efficient in vivid places and plasmas have deeper colorings yet each television ought to be tweaked by technique of an installer or the owner.
