In 2006 a lot of girls take place of the guys, not only in this sort of thing, in real life, they start to be a real force, working in guys' jobs, being very masculine...But keeping their feminity in the time.
With the kiss, i don't know ... If a girl feels really great with the guy, really open, like if she feels that she cand do everything with the guy, be sure that she will kiss you deeper.

I always wait for him to make the first move, too insecure I guess... Anyway, a first kiss? Probably something pretty chaste, definitely no tongues unless you have known each other for a looooonng time before dating, as in having been friends for a long time. But still, something on the cheek or mouth is probably your best bet.
