There are numerous reasons for itching skin but your best advisor is always your doctor first. Please explain your symptons in detail; like a certain time of day you itch, any new products you are using, a new mattress or old one, do you have tearing eyes, runny nose, rash etc.
All of these are important in your diagnosis and discussion with your doctor.
But, please check your allergen environment for such things as mites and bedbugs or ants.
Wash with mild soap, use calamine lotion. vaseline, hydrocortisone cream but see your doctor first.

Oh my, a miriad of things could make your skin itch.
Dry skin, poison ivy, bathing soap, soap used for

one thing at a time until you don't itch anymore. If
