Simple carbs: Like white spaghetti, white bread, white rice, sugared cereals, soda, pizza, fried foods, cheesy foods, ice cream, pies, cakes, Kool-Aid, doughnuts, etc. Every time you eat one of those do you have to exercise so you won't gain weight later? Or when it is a great time to have simple carbs? In the daytime?

The timing of meals has been shown to be unimportant, regardless of the saying that eating after 6 pm will make you gain weight. See link to OHSU study that disproved this myth:

Eating anything at night that results in more calories in than calories burned will cause you to gain weight. It doesn't matter what it is.
Simple carbs are not very nutritious, and foods like pizza, fries, ice cream pies, cakes are low-nutrient, high-fat,sugar,and calorie. Excess foods like this will cause you to meet and exceed your calorie limit much faster!
Just don't eat more calories than you burn, and you won't have to worry about when or what you eat - other than nutritional value, of course.

If you like to eat this type of carb food, try to include the whole grains foods on a regular basis.
White flour is actually an "in-complete" carb. If you are willing to learn how to cook/bake your own snacks, you can replace 1/4 cup of flour with 1/4 cup of bran in the batter for cake, waffles, pancakes, etc. Replace 1/4 cup of flour with 1/4 cup bran in donut dough, pizza dough, bread dough, etc. This replaces the bran that has been removed from the wheat in processing the flour.
You won't notice any difference in the taste or texture when you eat the food, but your body will.
Otherwise, watch your portion size: 1/2 cup of ice cream or any of the other foods you listed is enough to be satisfied.
You can also add 1 or 2 teaspoons of bran to just about any of these foods.
Kool-aid and soda are pure sugar calories, so in order to cut these down, fill the glass with ice first then the drink. You will get the taste with only half of the calories.
If you follow these guidelines, you will not need to be so concerned about exercising it off or times of day. Only eat as much of "in-complete" carbs as necessary to satisfy the craving. It's less than you think.
By the way, the bran I mentioned is wheat bran, also called miller's bran.

hmmmmmmm....... you certainly are ingesting healthy food options, that's sturdy. although, it seems such as you took in very practically all your daily energy in one meal, which isn't sturdy. Your daily food could be divided out into between 3 and 6 small food during the day, so your blood sugar maintains to be incredibly consistent. This facilitates with power and temper. additionally, i think of you may desire to be wildly overestimating the energy of the veggie burgers, until eventually you had 2 patties on each and each burger. additionally, two hundred energy according to piece of bread is the rather some maximum-calorie bread i've got ever heard of. If the bread wasn't abode-baked, i'm guessing it wasn't rather that best. You did no longer point out any dairy products, that are substantial, and you probably did no longer consume very plenty protein. finally, you'll be ingesting greater liquid during the day, which incorporate fruit juice, tea, or milk. So standard i might say you're on the final music with your vegetable and fruit intake, yet you may desire to develop your weight loss plan somewhat and unfold it out during the day. additionally examine your calorie counts heavily and get a weight loss plan scale to weigh your meat. You did no longer consume a lot of food right this moment. I heavily doubt you will earnings any weight from what you ate, yet once you consume this way often you will finally end up binging in some unspecified time interior the destiny and lose each and all of the floor you won via ingesting vegetables.

simple carbs are usefull for when usually guys try to build muscle and they need to eat the simple carbs after a workout in order to help the body absorb protein better and fill muscles with glycogen for the next days work out. But if you eat the simple carbs at night wihout working out...they are most likely just be stored as fat. And yes each one of those things if eaten at a bad time like not right after a work out(stay away from donuts, pies, cakes, fried food period) then u have to work them off for sure. Best time is like i said for guys right after a work out...for gurls....well if u only eat a littttle bit then during day time but make sure to hit the gym after...otherwise if your wanna be lean...dont eat them.

It does for me. I try to not eat for 3 or 4 hours before bedtime. And if I eat those carbs you talk about at night, I wake up all puffy and retaining water. I think simple carbs should be avoided, period. But if you're going to splurge and have some, do it earlier in the day when you're active.
