Immersion. Classes are slow. Start to translate a book using a dictionary. Hard to start, but you will learn quick. I had a spanish penpal, and had to translate her letters, and I learned quick.

Nothing comes easily and fast. I learned English as a small child, probably teh same age you were when you learned your first language. How did you learn it fast and easy? If you remember, do the same with English. I personally don't remember learning myself.

Maybe take a course? On line or off line?

Perhaps whenever you speak, be sure not to revert back to the language you are familiar with. But force yourself to use English always until you are fluent.

First sign to a program at your local university. Read a lot: literature, novels, and fiction. Build vocabulary. Relate to the use of the language by identifying trends, slang, accents, and euphemisms. Practice grammar. Learn proper punctuation, how to build strong sentences, the use of connectors, run on sentences and ultimately how to write academically. English is rich, beautiful and flexible. Last but not least, practice!!!! Do no be afraid to speak and move to the USA if not already living here to expand your lingual horizons.
