I just got married in vegas, and when we went to get the license, all we had to do was show a drivers license. If i remember correctly, because we brought every document that we could think of, baptismal records, birth cert., utility bills ( for address verification), and all we need was our licenses. it was the calm before the storm. it took 5 minutes. the place is often full of freaks. have fun-----but i think waiting until he is legal is the best answer. if you are that important, then he will go thru the steps

With him being illegal they cannot UNLESS he has fake papers stating he is legal. Clark county seems to take stuff at face value. My husband and I married there 10 years ago. We are both legal of course, I am American and he is Aussie but had his papers.

attempt asking no matter if a overseas identity is proper, passport or motive force's license in united states of america of beginning. enable's say they're from the united kingdom, and got here to California to get married. i imagine they could be in a position to do it. that doesn't mean they could stay, obviously.

He needs foto ID from the country he is from.
She might be marrying him for love, but it is an incentive to the guy to get his papaers with her.
FYI: You do not have to be in the US legally to marry a US citizen in the US.
You need a valid ID from your own country with your legal info on it (name, DOB, etc)
People should know what they are talking about instead of giving blind opinions.

i don't think you need to show proof of citizenship to get married......if that were the case, no 'illegal' immigrants would be married....contact the local marriage license office and ask what are the requirements for marriage there....possibly just a driver's license.....good luck.........and congratulations....
