Don't diet just adjust your lifestyle:

1. Drink lots of water AT LEAST 8 glasses a day - you really need more

2. Don't eat ANYTHING unless it's fruit after 9:00pm (work your way to 7:00pm, if possible)

3. Walk as much as possible (Take the stairs, for short distances - walk, take a brisk walk around the neighborhood for 30 mins each day or at least 3 times a week)

4. This may be hard for some - I'm a vegan - but start by cutting out the beef and pork, they are detrimental to your health

5. Cut out fried foods to once a week, if that

6. If you drink, cut back on the beer and liquor

7. Do daily affirmations, for example," I am getting healthier and slimmer every day" Hope this helps!

The best way that I know to lose weight and do it without drugs is when you sit down to eat, have everything that you and everybody else needs right at the table. Make sure you have a big glass of water (and possibly a pitcher of ice water) to drink with your meal. This may sound funny but it works. Keep your feet flat on the floor while you are eating and do not move them until you are done eating. Once your feet move and you get up, do not return to the table to eat. If somebody wants something, have them get it. If you get up, you are moving around and that will make more room for more food. Make sure you feel satisfied before you leave the table. You can eat enough to get yourself full, but remember: DO NOT move those feet until you are full.

Don't eat any carbs for like 2 weeks. Just eat eggs, bacon, cheese, salad with a little "real" ranch (no fat free or low fat), get those Atkins drinks and drink those for breakfast. I would eat chicken breast and greenbeans for supper. No bread, potatos, rice, pasta or crackers. NO sugur, you can have spenda. No corn. Drink lots of water. You'll be amazed how awesome you look. But be warned, gradually go back on "good" carbs after two weeks. This is just a quick fix diet, I have always gained the wieght right back.

I've lost 34 pounds in 6 months and I just started drinking diet sodas and eating fat free and sugar free food. I also walk 3 days a week. Good Luck!

I've lost 10 pounds in one week. I mainly stick with high protein and pure things like fruits and vegetables. No bread, no pasta, and skim milk. I am alot more overweight than you but you can do it. Cutting back your portions to me is the easiest way to do it but I kind of add a low carb twist to it but not severe. Good luck.

If you are drinking soda pop - stop!

Eat your chicken with the skin off,

Exercise - make sure it is at least 10 minutes long, each and every day. start slow and build up to a brisk walk.

Eat less carbohydrates (just have them for one meal) and more protein for one week.

eat three light meals a day, then at night, i guess about 6:00, after dinner, drink a slim fast chocolate, and you'll "pass"a alot the next morning, so your fat intake won't be so much and walk or exercise for about 30 minutes a day

I got a dog and started to walk her a few times every day. you might not lose alot of weigh quickly but it a fun way to get excercise for both of you and its also a cool way to meet people.
