Definitely go and see a doctor. You wouldn't want to be suffering from scoliosis (curature of the spine) and have it go unchecked, especially if you are getting pain.

Putting your growth rate aside, I perceive you are lifting without supervision. From your description of how you are going about lifting, it is all wrong and explains your lower back pain. Your back it trying to tell you something before you do some real damage.
When you lift, you should go into a squat position and keeping the back straight, use your legs to get into standing position, not your back. Hopefully you have done no real damage to the back, but a trip to the Doc wouldn't hurt anything.
I would stop any further lifting until the back pain has at least subsided and I would get some professional tutoring in how to lift, how much and how often, or you could do some serious damage to your body.
Heed my advise or you will pay the price.

I would recommend going to see a chiropractor, they will do x- rays and a spinal scan and see what the problem is. I go to a chiropractor once a week and I feel so much better afterward.

maybe the weights are too heavy for your level, or you are doing it wrong you must have proper technique.
