yes, keep these entries and don't remove them, its because you installed antivirus software that have a firewall inside it, thus it must disable windows firewall alerts and announce alerts from it.

As a techician i don't usaully recommend spyBot although it's a great program it's a bit to techical for most people.
Try Lavasoft.com and get the free version of Adaware called Adaware Personal. It's a much easier program to use and has a larger definition dbase,

you may safely keep these items as they are the result of you using a private firewall and antivirus that overrides the windows software as a default. they show up on the scan as a precaution so that you are aware the windows software is not controlling your security on the pc

and because microsoft BEGGED to have it put in so that they would have a window to reactivate the windows validation tool thru the firewall settings

I would say destroy because it's probably part of an ad-ware that disables your firewall or antivirus and the notifications about disabling it. just do it, if something goes wrong you can always turn it back by the recovery option in SpyBot or using System Restore (my favorite).

The good thing about Spybot is that it does a registry backup so if you do kill it, you can get it back. I'd kill it myself.
