That sounds like a tough one, I don't know if that is public info. Seems to me like it should be, you might have to file a FOIA (freedom of information act) request to get it if you try by yourself. Otherwise I'm thinking you could start by calling the Polk County Sheriff and asking him what the policy is on that.
