Very good question! I've been sat here trying to come up with an answer and honestly I like any painting :) Going to a museum or gallery to see any sort of art lifts my mood honestly. If I had to pick a favorite artist I would say Salvadore Dali.

Any of his paintings lift my mood, but Sea Battle is superb!! (It's in the National Gallery of Art in Washington DC)

One that I did, called "Mona Lisa Mod 2005" I was told to paint to lift my moods. So it does. Just following what Van Gogh said. It always brings about a smile or laughter when I see it.

I can look at Gustav Klimt's "The Kiss" all day long. It lifts my mood, gives me hope and a sense of romance...and that's not a bad thing to have in your life everyday.
