I prefer good Chinese cooking over bad Indian cooking, but I prefer good Indian cooking over bad Chinese cooking. Good Chinese cooking and good Indian cooking are both wonderful and it is only a matter of changing mood or circumstance which would make me choose one over the other at any given time.
