Unfortutunately there is NO way that you can learn by writing back and forth to anyone. It is not even possible to learn Chinese or Japanese, by using the Internet. The ONLY way(s) of learning Japanese is:

a) by getting some CDs(rosette Stone or something like that) and you can learn some of the basics;
b) THEN... going someplace where intensive(INTENSIVE) Japanese is taught... That might mean in Japan.. that might mean in your own country where there happens to be a Japanese who is teaching Japanese
