A lot of apprehension prevails regarding the spread of HIV infection through a mosquito bite. It has been established that MOSQUITOES CAN NOT SPREAD HIV OR AIDS.

HIV infection is not spread by casual contact such as hugging, by touching items previously touched by a person infected with the virus, during participation in sports, or "by mosquitoes".

Apparently not - the mosquito saliva contains enzymes which digest certain proteins in blood - so the retrovirus seems to get digested along with the blood. That said; some diseases like malaria have adapted to this and HIV may change in some way to allow it to be transmitted this way in the future.

I'm no expert, but if a mosquito can carry the West Nile virus I feel that it certainly can carry the AIDS virus. So my answer is yes.

But if a Vampire bites an AIDS victim, will he get aids or harbor it? How does it affect the undead perhaps they carry a mystical cure!

You know, I have wondered the same in the past. But the answer is no. Mosquitoes carry their own diseases. Aids is a species type disease (human to human; cat to cat etc.) The world is not that cruel and unfair. (yet).

Nope,through unprotected sex or blood for eg.when u hv an open sore and the person with aids has an open sore and you contact each other

No, viral load carried by the mosquito isn't enough to give you AIDS/HIV.

I would agree with smallmax, and I think I have heard that it's possible, as mozzies carry numerous others dieses. Aids is widespread in Africa, it can't be just sex that has made is so widespread?
