Is your friend aware that she could get herpes, AIDS & OTHER sexually transmitted diseases by having oral or any other kind of sex without PROTECTION. Dont think because u r young it cant happen 2 u because babies are born everyday with STD'S and may grow up not knowing so everyone is at risk..AND if he is the most popular boy in school chances are he's that popular cause he's puttin his mouth on everyone! So dont feel special. When its done he probably just spread it around school and make you look like a slut. WAIT to do anything like that til u r older with someone u really love and trust because what u do may lead to sex and then u will be stuck with a baby wondering how you are going to buy diapers and milk and finish school while raising a baby which u will end up doing alone considering that he may be young and irresponsible. The more u make them wait the more they want u. Try to take the road less traveled. U wouldn't want to do it cause everyone else is. Thats what makes u special and your parents will be proud of u too.

Your sister maybe fells flattered that an older guy likes her, I know at 13 I would have. Although for me what I said in a text message and what I would actually do were two completely different things, so don't assume that at your sister will do something. What is the relationship like between you and your sister, I know one of mine I wouldn't dream of having 'the talk' with, where as the other two we are very open and can discuss anything without feeling offended. As for the guy, if he really did 'love' her like he said then he would be willing to wait until she is of a legal age! I don't think I would trust this guy or trust that he has your sisters best interests at heart, hes thinking with one thing only (and it ain't his brain!!!).

OMG... 13???!!! Oye... tell her to Value her body more than this. Tell her how great she is and to respect herself enough NOT to do anything when she is Still so young. If all else fails, Id talk to her parents. Not only could she get pregnant, but over 95% of sexually active women have an STD called HPV. It can cause cancer. And there are TONS more of STD's that can cause infertility. Tell her about this stuff... if she wont listen and is going to do whatever anyways, tell her to contact planned parenthood for birth control. In many states the HPV vaccine is available so tell her to get that too. Good luck

I think that your 13 yr old friend should not be thinking about sex at her age... it may only be "sicking it" but that leads to other things. Tell her about all the STD and stuff that she could get from doing that. Tell her that she is too young, and there are laws agenst that, she could get in major trouble if anyone found out.
My 13 yr old cousin got put on probation for doing the same thing, at the age of 13.... so its not worth it....

Is the only reason she would do it is to be popular? Because it won't work. And no don't get pregnant it will RUIN your WHOLE life. Besides if they were in an actual relationship she would suck him then he could go down on her. Why should she give him pleasure and get nothing for herself?

meh, let her do what she feels like doing. there's nothing wrong with a ********, and hopefully she'll be able to convince him for some quid-pro-qou, right? she's straight-on about not wanting to do the whole in-and-out, though. condoms are horribly unreliable, and i doubt she's on the pill.
tell her that it's really easy to iniate the giving of oral-sex, and guys almost never resist. just wait until she's alone with him, and just put your arm around him and start kissing his neck. then she puts her hand on his 'bathing-suit area' and starts gently rubbing. when he's ready, just un-zip and apply the lip. that easy. don't worry too much about swallowing: it's a personal preferance, and shouldn't be considered customary.

First,if he had respect for her he would not have spoken in that manner.Her self respect should say no thanks. Sex oral or in the other orifices carries risk. Safe sex should be observed at all times.Please get educated on all possible risks!!! Planned Parenthood and other programs offer pamphlets or google it. Be the change. Peace.
