I was driving around 12:30 at night because my friend needed her license cause she was in a bit of trouble herself, so I was rushing to get it to her and I slowed down but did not stop at a stop sign in the middle of no where there are farms around it.... clearly no one around. But as soon as I went through the stop sign, a cop got me who was waiting in the pitch black on the side of the road. He gave me 3 tickets- one for not stopping at the stop sign. One for carless driving, when i asked about it he said because I didn't stop. ?? and one for not getting my new adress changed on my license even though i only moved a month ago. I don't really care about having to pay fines but how do I not get my insurance to know about this? How do I get the points taken off? Pleaseeee help

Chances are you'll need to pay the fines all of them, dont plead not guilty otherwise youll have to go to trial and it will make things worse.just chalk it up 2 experience pay em,and get into a defensive driving class it will reduce the amount of points, depending where you are.....and change ur address this is so simple too do,if ur license expires soon you can go to the DMV to get it noted and theyll give you a sticker that you fill in ur new address..if it expires years from now do it anyway..

Here when the citations are written... Depending on the Judge they usually drop 2 of the 3 citations. If it were in our area .. they would most likely drop the failure to change address when you moved and the stop sign ticket... that would in turn keep the fine low but your insurance company will find out no matter what you try and do... they have their ways!!!

Have you already paid the fines? If not you could meet with the county/ city attorney. Ask him/ her to reduce the charges. This can be risky some will some won't.
If you have already paid the fines then I suggest a really good lawyer, or bite the bullet for three to five years of higher insurance premiums.

As far as I know the one for your address will not go against your liscence.

Depending on what state you live in the judge may offer for you to take a safe driving course which would take some or maybe all of the moving violation points off.

Hire a lawyer to get the charges taken to non moving violations. I have done it a couple of times. It is worth not having the points against you and your insurance doesn't go up..

Three? It's time....time for you to turn yourself over to the Traffic God, prepare to be sacrificed to soothe the Gods and to make it safer for the rest of us. It is an honorable thing for you to do, to give up your life for the apeasement of the higher order and I will forever pray for your transition from mortal violator to the world where there are no stop signs or speed limits, nor gas stations. Go my son.

See a lawyer, and bring lots of money. Maybe he can get some of the points off. I hope he can't, because you deliberately broke the law, and now you seem to think you're ABOVE the law.

Sooner or later, many people with your mind-set manage to kill themselves or someone else.

you wont ever get points taken off ur lisence, and it doesnt matter about the stop sign being in the middle of nowhere, the law states that you have to stop. traffic or no traffic, its ur own fault.

your insurance is going to find out no matter what, and you are going to get points taken off your license. you can go to court and get less points taken off.
