you are going to at some time or other attack the Mormon doctrines, or all you are doing is in vain. Like where did the book of Mormon come from? Joseph Smith said he translated it from old manuscripts, but all we have is his translated documents, were are the old manuscripts, no one but Joseph Smith clams to have saw them, this is putting a lot of trust in John Smith, and his ability to rightly translate the old manuscript, talk about blind faith. As for polygamy, some of Gods prophets did have more that one wife, but was this Gods will or the will of man? I cannot find a commandment of God say thou must have more that one wife. I can find in the Bible were God made a helper suitable for man, helper not helpers. Genesis 2:18 The LORD God said, "It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him." (NIV) Genesis 2:21-25 So the LORD God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man's ribs and closed up the place with flesh. 22 Then the LORD God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man. 23 The man said, "This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called 'woman,' for she was taken out of man." 24 For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh. 25 The man and his wife were both naked, and they felt no shame. (NIV) I cannot read into this more that one wife, a woman not women.
David committed both adultery and murder, and of all things Abraham married his sister, is this to all right for us to practiced today? And what of animal sacrifices are you stilling practicing that today?
There is not a problem with a person not drinking, or drinking do not be a drunken, it was wine not grape juice it is a personal chose, not a commandment of God, and no commandment from the church should be given. Jesus Christ is the head of the Church. No knowing what day of the week is the seventh is a cop out, there are to ways you can know what day the Sabbath is, God doing the Exodus out of Egypt left no doubt to when the seventh day of the week was. Read Exodus 16 Chapter, one day without food was more that enough to teach the nation of Israel the Sabbath day. Using ancient calendar we can prove the seventh day of the week. Jews can be found all over the earth keeping the same day. Even your first day of the week is proof the days of the week are in tack, You are not guessing when the first day of the weeks is the Mormon Church knows the seven day cycle. Just think if God cannot keep His Sabbath on the right day, how powerfully is your God. Why is the Sabbath or the first day of the a big deal, God law, the forth commandment, makes it a big deal, being sincere does not make it right keeping the wrong day, when you know the right day. It all comes down to what does the Bible say, or not say, not what man wants. John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (KJV) You will perish or have everlasting life. This is how God showed His love for humanity. How can we show God we love Him? There is only one way. John 14:15 15 If ye love me, keep my commandments. (KJV) But in the end you are wasting you time. She has all the answers from the book of Mormon
