I found this on wikipedia as part of an article on medical slang - i.e. acronyms used by doctors, nurses etc. to describe patients, co-workers or situations to other medical professionals. This way they can say funny or nasty things, or things they think patients shouldn't hear in a way that sounds like a technical medical term.

TTFO - "told to f u c k off", instructed to go away.

So this is what they mean, but it looks technical because it could also mean:
"to take fluids orally"
or even:
"temporary transgastric fistula occlusion"
