honestly the best cook ware is calphalon..it is fabulous cook ware..hands down

Buy a set called Circulon Total Ti Hi Lo. It's made of titanium and it holds up well.

I have used the same two cast iron frying pans for twenty years. They are better than new today. Yes, they must be seasoned, but taken care of, they last forever. Also, iron suplements aren't needed, cuz we get it from the pans.
