and a must do is walk
start out with a 10 min work out and then more
this is working for me and is really simple
you do have to change habits and life style but it can work i like yoga so i do this 30 mins in morning and feel great. good luck

do a diabetic diet i am not a diabetic my husband is and my doctor told me it is good for my .and drink fiber with see what your doctor say.its healthy i know this for a fact.

do regular exercise and eating 3 small meals and 3 small snacks. kill the soda intake... soda is almost PURE SUGAR. its TERRIBLE for you... also. learn how to spell bulimic...
