Gals will fake an orgasm in order to feed your ego, or to [hopefully] encourage you to finish, since they would like the sex act to be over...they got what they need, or all they expect to get.

This question has an obvious answer. I'm assuming this question was asked by a man because a woman would never ask this.

The reason women fake orgasm is because men have such huge egos. If women didn't fake orgasm the men wouldn't feel like men anymore. It's all about your manhood, guys, and this thing you have about "size is important," if you know what I mean.

If that is the case she may not even be orgasmic at all and just wants you to be done.

You need to look up the statistics on women. Only about 70% of women ever orgasm and of those only about 30% are vaginally orgasmic. What does this teach the class.

Guys need to make the woman feel comfortable about the sex. Build the woman up with words/description, touching (and not just the x-rated spots), foreplay and then the finishing stroke.

It doesn't hurt to play hot and cold with a women's body sometimes. Touch and massage parts of a women's body and ask it where you are is getting hotter or colder.

Add games to help her to get excited and don't you just be excited to be having sex. Feel the sex.
