I found this on my list of installed programs and don't recall seeing it before, and I don't know if I need it. I was going to just uninstall it but thought I would ask first. Thanks.

It was probably installed by another program as part of the help system they use. It's not spyware so I would leave it there.

Just from a quick web search and a brief read, it appears to be associated with a trojan or spyware. Delete it through add/remove programs. Run some antivirus or antispy scans in 'safe mode' (tap the F8 key upon boot up before your welcome screen appears, select safe mode only). Remove anything your scans find regarding that.
