ok, so far no one has come close to answering the question.
i at least understand what you mean, not all you can eat and not just free food, you want the challenge.
i cant think of any place off hand, but im dining out tonite with some friends that might know, ill post it tomorrow if i find out

cant help you with London and Sussex, but I do know about 2 places you may wish to pay a visit to on the other side of the pond. Bridgeman Ice cream stores in the usa have a lalapalooza. If you can eat it on a dare, you get it free.

Go to the plaza pizza and pay 100 dollars. Nothing is free. Come on. Everybody knows that. Especially in London.

pizza hut have all you can eat buffet certain times and days apply for normally only £4.99 bargain and also do the refillable drink buy a pepsi for about £1.60 and get free refills .(thats normally every day all the time.)

You used to be able to go to the Hare Krishna temple and get vegetatarian food, mind you, i am going back a few years, but you could try.
