Of course, meditation works best if you just do to do it, not to be accomplishing something.

You need to be someone they can respect to be strong. Get to know them without revealing everything about yourself. Tell your subjects what you expect and what will be the results if that does not happen. Always follow through on what you say you will do. Learn from other people and do not consider yourself perfect. That will make you stronger.
