when I'm driving along the highway and masturbating I usually hold off the orgasm until the car in front of me contains a pretty lady (I drive pretty fast so I always have new cars in front of me lol) then I drive by her car REALLLLY close and have an orgasm at the same time so when she looks through my window she sees a hot jet of c um squirting out just for her.

Mate, i gotta admit that i've never done that or even thought about that. And i may be a stoopid foool but i dont think that 'everybody does that'.
Just drive safely and do what u gotta do properly. U wanna 'come' but u dont wanna come too close to the cars beside u. Better 'come' late then never......u know how the saying goes.
