ok first of all r u a guy coz if you are then 107lbs is super thin. yuck. u anerexic or smth? well nvm who am i to judge. ok listen up firstly dont ever ever skip meals this would lead your body to go into hybernation mode.Meaning your body feels like its not going to get fuel ,so instead of burning the meal u had earlier it stores it. Instaed eat small portions of 6 meals a day. i know it sounds nuts but it works. This helps your body know that its next meal is not far away and it burns up the one you just had instead of storing it.Secondly excercise everyday this could help u loose more than 4lbs a week together with the diet regiment earlier.Try not to drink too much of water before going to bed at night too.It could leave u feeling bloated the next morning. And remember if ur a guy who is of that height i still think ur way too skinny! oh yea one more thing try to go on a detox diet once every month, by just eating only fruits and drinking lots of water for 3 days. This helps clear up the toxins from your body which could clog up your system making you put on several pounds.

Face it. You've hit rock bottom like the rest of us with eating disorders. You lose and lose and then you stop losing. Your metabolism shuts down, whether you eat anything or not. But at that point, you're so hungry that you can't help but eat.
Now, try to be healthy and keep the weight off within 10 lbs or so of what you are if you really want to be that weight. That's the best that you can hope for.
Oh, and if you keep eating pure carbs and sugar, you will not only be hungrier and eating all the time b/c you causing your blood sugar to swing up and down, but you will probably end up getting fat b/c your body will be burning sugar and carbs and not fat. And furthermore, too much of that leads to diabetes in the end. But the really fun part just before that is having reactive hypoglyemia, like I do. That's where you eat a little bit of carbs and sugar and get heart-pounding, nausea, fall asleep at your computer, get majorly panicky & paranoid, and a variety of other enjoyable side effects.
Oh, did I leave out the part where nobody believes you or understands you when you have medical problems and does absolutely nothing to help you? Fun.
Bottom line--give it up. As my husband would say, you're "done, son." Get help.

Your 5 foot and 4 inches...and a guy with a weight of 107Ibs!!
Trust me! instead of thinking of loosing weight..try gaining..u seem to be quite thin...
I'm a girl and yes I'm very skinny but for a guy wanting to be skinny, ain't attractive.
If you hate fat try replacing it with muscles;)
Anyways as u wish, in order for you to loose weight is not by skipping meals, yes, u do seem to loose weight by doin that at first but if you continue to do this u will gradually start gaining weight in the long run or it will be difficult for you to loose weight after a certain time. Starving yourself will slow down your metabolism. Try eating food rich in fiber this way u'll feel full for a longer period of time. If you increase you metabolic rate..u'll be able to loose weight and burn calories faster.

Why? It sounds like you're underwieght to me. I'm 5'2", and until recently I was around 105 lbs and I felt way too skinny. I'm now about 112-115 lbs, which feels about right.
