This is listed as an offense in an inmates arrest record. We would like to understand if this will keep him in jail or not....thanks!

The "FEL" probably stands for felony. "BND-SUR" probably means "bond surrendered", so perhaps there was a violation of the terms of release or maybe the bail bond company revoked the bond.

Bond Surrender Felony, contact the agency that placed it on the record for clarification.

Bond -Surrendered-Felony count

Either he gave up his bond and is now sitting in jail, or he was granted bond after surrendering to an outstanding felony warrant.

Call the jurisdiction where the charge is from, they could tell you, it does vary from place to place.. good luck!
