Specially for Girls to answer
Is there a way to know that a girl is having her period without asking her. I mean .... does she act in certain way or does certain things???? Please tell.
I once went with a girl I raelly love and she went to the toilet for 15-20 mins... I mean thats too long for peeing or attending nature's call.....I wonder what she might be doing..... was she having her period or was she sexually excited.

You won't know...different gals got different symptoms..some, they will feeling kind of mood swing, some eats alot than usual, some, eat lesser and some will always go toilet.
I guess you think too much, she just went ot toilet for 15- 20 minutes...thats normal...perhaps shes having stomachache?or like you said menses..or maybe she having her own sweet time to do some touch-up in the toilet for her make-up?

Girls call this being "broken". There are lots of signs, as a man, you'll have to figure them out for yourself. Look for negative stereotypes of PMS.

She's irritable and moody. Well, you can ask for her blood sample or watch out for stains in the car seat or her pants.
