Nachos with everything on it..cheese/salsa/sour cream/guacamole and lots of red and green jalapenos peppers, and few bottles of ice-cold root beers to wash it all down

Steamed snow crab with drawn butter/ accompanied by a spinach salad tossed with tomatoes, artichoke hearts, walnuts and sunflower nuts, with a raspberry vinegarette dressing

Cow! Steak in particular. Thick, juicy, very rare steak. Rib Eye, T-bone, Shank, Shoulder, Fillet, New York cut.

pizza topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella, onion slivers,cherry tomatoes and as soon as out of the oven, topped with slices of parma ham and parmeggiano reggiano. Drizzled with a touch of basil oil. Served with some nice and mellow red wine. Yumi.

to start would be moules mariniere ( mussells in white wine ) followed by fillet of beef strogonoff with lyonaise potatoes and a tomato and onion salad, topped with creme brulee for pudding
