there are no ferries from wales to northern Ireland you need to go to Stranraer in Scotland to cross to Belfast or there a various crossings from near Stanraer to Larne.

The best bet is the motorway thou- into dublin or dun laoighire from holyhead and follow signs for the M1 you'll be in belfast in three and a half hours or so.
Make sure you have a few euro coins for the toll on the motorway outside drogheda thou- its roughly E1.60 .

It it not a lot easier to get a ferry to Dublin and hit the motorway straight to Belfast its a straight road and its only 2 -2.5 hours

not sure if there exists any ferry directly going from Wales
to Belfast.
