Buy a plane ticket, go to a dress shop and get rid of your berka or whatever it is called, get a hair cut and makeup job, get on the plane and go! Once you get to Australia, you are no longer Iraqi but now an immigrant to Australia so start doing with the people there do and forget all about ...............what was it?

You need to ask UNHCR to accept you as a refugee. If refugee status is granted, you will be sent where they decide to send you; you are not entitled to choose.
