Not in my opinion. Are ANY 13 year olds adults? Southern states are backwards.

'Nuff said?

It depends on how you look at it:

1) Since you said it's legal in some southern states, then in the eye of law,it is wrong to judge.

2) Morally and ethically,it is a wrong behavior because for a 13 yr old, he/she might still be discovering the true meaning of love and that definition might change and eventually hurt the other party. Worse still if they have kids.
In most cases,it is right to judge the older party because chances of him/her taking advantage of the minor is definitely higher. We are talking about "generally" here.

3) If you are the party involved, then I suggest you rethink your option, because you already mentioned the word "child". Mentally, you are already not prepared to accept the truth and might be weary about other's opinion about you. Otherwise, you might be pedofolic. In that case, you should seek counselling.

In conclusion, love has no boundary - That is correct as a definition for this century.
However, getting involved in a relationship with your mind in maturity (or your partner's) is important as well. Only that, the relationship would last.
If you think how long it lasts is not important, then you are not ready for one and would be better off hooking someone from the bar or just pay for one. That way,it leaves no string attached. Isn't that better off?
Or you simply need the challenge, which might lead to some serious consequences?

Well for me personally I feel that a no adult should find a child sexy or hot enough to marry but that's my opinion. I guess that It would have to be determined on how mature the 13 year old is if some states allow that to happen but I wouldn't let me 13 year old get married nor thing that he or she can be grown up enough to think about marriage.

it is wrong to judge no matter what because God asked us not to. He can and will do that himself. what you can do is to advice that person on the issue. this 30 year old should not marry the 13year old because the age13 does not give the child the natural things for marriage let alone a good marriage. talking of judge as in alaw court then it is 100% right cos that is the only place on earth dat is willed with the gift of judging.

Marrying a child of 13 is wrong and against the law in many countries. How could this be legalised.

Sure seem like any guy that would want to marry a 13 year old needs to be watched and probably locked up. I know it has and is being done. Only brainless people would.

only a pedophile, moron, son of an ugly ***** can think of doing so. The places where this is legal should be blown with a nuclear (more dengerous if available) bomb. Such places should be called as ' bustard land ' or ' state of bustards '

Well how could a 13 year old not be a child? the "if" makes no sense.

Also, it seems highly unusual.

Careful Pal, you just used that cruel word "judge". Many people on this site are offended by that word. I am from the south and am not aware of anyone doing this, but I can truly say he would not receive my blessing.
